為方便境外人員就近、便捷地辦理機(jī)動(dòng)車臨時(shí)駕駛許可，昆明市公安局交警支隊(duì)積極拓展便民服務(wù)工作，協(xié)調(diào)昆明市公安局境外人員管理處、云南省公安廳民用機(jī)場公安局交警支隊(duì)，延伸臨時(shí)入境牌證窗口，于2019年11月21日起，在昆明長水國際機(jī)場國際到達(dá)大廳設(shè)立“交管服務(wù)站”，為境外人員辦理機(jī)動(dòng)車駕駛許可提供便捷辦理通道。
在昆明長水國際機(jī)場國際到達(dá)大廳的“交管服務(wù)站”處，公布有辦理臨時(shí)駕駛許可的工作流程、公示牌，并有駐點(diǎn)民警為境外人員提供咨詢服務(wù)。此外，就近在云南省公安廳民用機(jī)場公安局交警支隊(duì)設(shè)立了臨時(shí)駕駛許可辦理點(diǎn)，可直接辦理入境外國人的臨時(shí)駕駛許可業(yè)務(wù)。

自2019年11月21日起至2019年12月11日期間，“交管服務(wù)站”共辦理臨時(shí)駕駛許可27件。
辦理須知
臨時(shí)入境人員需要申請我國小型汽車、摩托車臨時(shí)駕駛許可的，持入出境身份證件、境外機(jī)動(dòng)車駕駛證即可申請。境外機(jī)動(dòng)車駕駛證屬于非中文表述的，還應(yīng)當(dāng)出具中文翻譯文本。臨時(shí)駕駛許可除本人直接到窗口辦理外，也可以委托有資質(zhì)的旅行社代辦。（云南網(wǎng) 記者熊強(qiáng) 通訊員郭峰）

Apply for a temporary driving license
You can apply for a temporary driving license for motorcycle and/or car in China with identity documents and the driving license issued by your home country.
