此次比賽將按短視頻類和征文類，分別設(shè)置特等獎(jiǎng)1名，一等獎(jiǎng)3名，二等獎(jiǎng)5名，三等獎(jiǎng)10名，鼓勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)若干名。獲獎(jiǎng)選手將獲得獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)證書和獎(jiǎng)品，并有機(jī)會(huì)被邀請(qǐng)參加主辦方舉辦的其它活動(dòng)。
1 grand prize, 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 10 third prizes and several encouragement prizes will be awarded to both short video and essay winners.
Winners will be awarded with certificates and gifts. The sponsors might also invite the winners to attend other events.

作品要求
Participation Description
1.短視頻形式體裁不限；題目自擬；MOV或MP4格式；畫質(zhì)清晰，分辨率不得低于1280*720；不添加任何水印標(biāo)記等；配有中文或英文字幕。
2.征文體裁文體不限、題目自擬、字?jǐn)?shù)不限，用中文或本國(guó)官方語(yǔ)言寫作。
3.參賽作品要求原創(chuàng)，內(nèi)容積極向上。
4.主辦方擁有入圍作品的版權(quán)使用權(quán)，可通過(guò)任何宣傳形式對(duì)所有入圍作品進(jìn)行推廣、刊載和傳播。
5.活動(dòng)評(píng)審包括作品初審、大眾投票、專家評(píng)審三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。
1.Feel free to make a short video on a topic of your choice. The short video should be clear in image, formatted MOV or MP4 with resolution no lower than 1280*720 and free of any watermark. In addition, the short video should be subtitled in either Chinese or English.
2.Feel free to write an essay on a topic of your choice, in either Chinese or the official language of your country. There are no restrictions to the types, forms and length of the essay.
3.The content of the submission should be original and positive.
4.The sponsors have the right to use copyrighted selected entries and can publicize and publish all the selected entries in any form.
5.The entries will be first reviewed by a panel, voted by the public and submitted to experts for their final reviews.
